铺层拼接层合板的抗拉强度

【摘要】 针对复合材料结构设计中遇到含铺层拼接的层合板强度预测问题,本文设计了含铺层交错拼接区的碳/双马复合材料层合板试件,采用拉伸试验方法测定了该材料的力学性能,得到了不同拼接长度层合板的抗拉强度。试验结果表明,铺层拼接状态差异对复合材料层合板的承载能力有显著影响,文中根据试验结果建立了抗拉强度随拼接长度变化的经验公式,为复合材料层合板结构的铺层设计和强度分析提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 The strength prediction of laminates with some ply splice may be met with the structural design of composites.So in this paper,the laminate specimens of the carbon bismaleimide composite with interlaced splice plies have been designed and prepared.The mechanical property of the composite is measured by using simple tensile test.The tensile strength of the laminate with different splice size is obtained.The testing results indicate that the difference of the ply splice in size will generate a significant effect on the bearing capacity of the laminate.On the basis of the testing results the empirical equation for the tensile strength varying with the ply splice distance is established,which will provide a theory foundation for ply design and strength analysis of composite laminate structure.
