温度对AlTiC中间合金内部组织及细化性能的影响
Effect of temperature on the microstructures and grain refining performance of AlTiC metal alloys
【摘要】 采用接触法来制备AlTiC中间合金.通过X-ray衍射和SEM扫描电镜及EDS能谱分析发现,随着温度的改变,TiC和Al3Ti粒子的形态和分布会发生相应的变化,而TiC和Al3Ti粒子的形态和分布的变化很大程度上影响着AlTiC中间合金的细化效果.研究结果表明:在800℃时,AlTiC中间合金对工业纯铝的细化效果最好.
【Abstract】 AlTiC master alloys have been prepared by Contact Reaction Method(CRM).X-ray diffraction,SEM and EDS were used to analyse the AlTiC master alloys.It showed that morphology and distribution of TiC and Al3Ti particle have correspondingly changed with the transformation of temperature.As a result,the change in morphology and distribution of TiC and Al3Ti particle has considerably affected the gain refining performance of AlTiC master alloys.The result showed that it had excellent grain refining performance for commercially pure aluminum in 800℃.
