纳米晶铜在Na2SO4溶液中阳极极化动力学分析
Kinetic analysis on anodic polarization behavior of nanocrystalline copper in Na2SO4 solution
【摘要】 为了揭示SO42-对块体纳米晶铜的腐蚀性能的影响规律,利用电化学方法,结合XRD、EDS和SEM等表面分析技术,研究了惰性气体沉积原位温压法(IGCWC)制备的块体纳米晶铜在不同质量分数和不同温度的Na2SO4溶液中的阳极极化行为,对电极过程动力学进行了理论分析.结果表明,纳米晶铜电极的溶解电流密度与电位、SO42-质量分数、pH值、温度以及Cu+在纳米晶铜表面氧化膜内的扩散系数有关.且随SO42-质量分数增大,pH值升高,温度升高,纳米晶铜的溶解电流密度增大,这与实验结果相一致.
【Abstract】 To investigate the influence of SO42-on the corrosion performance of nanocrystalline (nc) copper bulk,electrochemical methods and XRD,EDS,SEM techniques were used to experimentally study the effects of sulfate ions and temperature on the anodic polarization behavior of nanocrystalline (nc) copper bulk prepared by IGCWC(inert gas condensation and in situ warm compress). The kinetic equations of nc copper in different concentrations and different temperatures of Na2SO4 solutions were deduced. According to the kinetic equations,the dissolution current of nc copper increases with increasing sulfate ion quality score,pH and temperature,which is accordant with the experimental results.
