高乙烯基丁苯橡胶的合成及其阻尼性能的研究
Study on Preparation and Damping Property of High-vinyl SSBR
【摘要】 用自制的乙氧基乙基吗啉(EOEM)作为结构调节剂,正丁基锂作为引发剂,制备了高乙烯基含量的溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)。用气相色谱(GC)、核磁共振仪(1H-NMR)、动态粘弹谱仪(DMA)等分别测定了聚合时单体转化率、共聚物的微观结构以及产品的力学性能和阻尼因子tanδ。结果表明改变调节剂的用量以及反应温度,SSBR分子链段中的乙烯基含量可达73%,苯乙烯嵌段的含量为30%~50%,tanδ可高达0.9,样品具有良好的力学性能和阻尼性能。
【Abstract】 High vinyl content of SSBR were prepared with n-butyllithium(n-BuLi) initiator,self-made 4-(2-ethoxyethyl) morpholine(EOEM) modifier.The reaction conversion rate of monomers,microstructures of copolymers and Tan δ were analyzed by gas chromatograph(GC),gel permeation chromatograph(GPC),and nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR),dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA),respectively.The results showed that 1,2-content of polybutadiene in SSBR could be 73%;St block content varied from 30%-50% by altering the modifier concentration and the reaction temperatures.The sample has good mechanical properties and damping property with 0.9 tan δ.
