碳钢在青岛不同暴露方式下的大气腐蚀

【摘要】 研究碳钢在青岛不同暴露方式下的大气腐蚀,结果表明:带顶盖的腐蚀面向上的B种暴露方式和带顶盖腐蚀面向下的C种暴露方式要比面朝南且与水平倾斜45°的A种暴露方式的大气腐蚀严重得多。认为这种现象与青岛的高湿度及Cl-的影响有关。

【Abstract】 The effect of exposed mode on atmospheric corrosion for carbon steel at Qingdao area was investigated.The results show that the corrosion of carbon steel is the most severe under the B mode,which is under roof and face to horizontal by upward,and C mode,which is under roof and face to horizontal by downward.When the exposure is slope and face to the south(A mode),the corrosion of carbon steel is less than that under B and C mode.It is suggested that the corrosion phenomena are related to the high humidity and Cl-at Qingdao.
