铜纤维/芳纶浆粕混杂增强摩擦材料的冲击性能研究

【摘要】 以冲击强度为主要考察目标,研究了酚醛树脂种类及含量、混杂纤维配比及含量对铜纤维/芳纶浆粕混杂增强摩擦材料冲击性能的影响,借助SEM观察了摩擦材料的冲击断面。结果表明,丁腈橡胶改性酚醛树脂为基体的摩擦材料的冲击强度优于腰果壳油/三聚氰胺改性酚醛树脂基摩擦材料,但硬度有所提高;铜纤维中加入芳纶浆粕的混杂纤维形式可显著提高摩擦材料的冲击强度;在树脂含量35%、纤维含量18%(质量分数)、纤维混杂比1∶1时体系的冲击强度最高为3.63kJ·m-2。

【Abstract】 The effect of the type and content of phenol formaldehyde, and the ratio and content of hybrid fibers on the impact strength of friction materials reinforced by aramid pulp and copper fiber was investigated. The results showed that friction materials with NBR modified phenolic resins had better impact strength than those with YSM modified phenolic resins. And impact strength can be significantly enhanced by hybrid fibers of copper fiber and aramid pulp. Furthermore, the highest impact strength for friction materials was 3.63kJ·m-2 in the condition that resin content was 35%, fiber content was 18%(mass fraction) and the weight ratio of hybrid fiber was 1∶1.
