聚氨酯/碳纳米管复合材料的制备及其对血小板黏附的抑制作用
Preparation of PU/MWNTs and Its Inhibition Effect on Platelet Attachment
【摘要】 通过原位聚合的方法将官能化碳纳米管引入聚氨酯中制备了聚氨酯/碳纳米管复合材料(PU/MWNTs),并对其物理学性能和生物学功能进行了研究。通过差示扫描量热法和拉伸性能测试对材料的基本性能进行了研究;通过血小板黏附实验评价了复合材料的生物学性能。结果表明,PU/MWNTs材料的玻璃化温度升高、力学性能得到了提高,碳纳米管(CNTs)的加入使复合材料显示出与聚氨酯基体材料不同的血小板吸附行为,尽管MWNTs的增加明显促进了纤维蛋白原的吸附,但PU/MWNTs表现出对血小板黏附和活化有抑制作用。
【Abstract】 The polyurethane/multi-wall carbon nanotubes (PU/MWNTs) composites are prepared via in-situ polymerization.Their physical properties and biological functions are studied.The results indicate that the glass transition temperature and the mechanical properties of PU/MWNTs are increasing compare with unmodified PU.And the composites show different activity compare with PU to platelet attachment.Meanwhile,more fibrinogen adsorption is observed on the PU/MWNT composites with higher amount of MWNTs.However,the PU/MWNTs composites show resistance to platelet attachment and activation.
