凝胶注模成型工艺制备羟基磷灰石陶瓷
Preparation of HAp Ceramic by Gel-casting Process
【摘要】 采用凝胶注模成型工艺成功地制备出羟基磷灰石(HAp)陶瓷,研究了单体、引发剂用量及固相含量等因素对坯体强度的影响。结果表明,由单体含量为2%(质量分数)、引发剂加入量为5%(质量分数)、固相含量为60%(质量分数)的浆料凝胶注模而成的坯体强度最高(>31MPa)。SEM形貌分析表明,经凝胶注模工艺制备的陶瓷,其结构均匀并有较高的气孔率;颗粒与颗粒之间的有机物粘连是获得高强度坯体的主要原因。
【Abstract】 Hydroxyapatite(HAp) ceramic is prepared by gel-casting process.The influence of monomer,crossing linker and solid loading on the HAp green strength is researched.The results show that the strength reachs the highest value(>31MPa) when the suspension contains 2wt% monomer,5wt% crossing linker and 60wt% solid.SEM micrographs show that HAp ceramic prepared by the gel-casting route exhibits homogeneous microstructure and relatively high porosity;conglutinations between organics are the main reasons for good mechanical performances.
