热镀铁锌渣制纳米ZnO的光学吸收及抑菌性能

【摘要】 通过研究热镀锌厂铁锌渣所制备的纳米ZnO的紫外吸收和生物学抑菌性能,发现纳米ZnO的紫外屏蔽作用强,可见光透光性好,紫外吸收边明显蓝移。抑菌实验研究发现,纳米ZnO对2种革兰氏阳性菌和2种革兰氏阴性菌的混合菌的抑制能力比普通ZnO强很多,且光照条件下的抑菌能力更强。当纳米ZnO含量在1%以上(质量分数)时,抑菌率达99.9%。这为利用作为二次资源的热镀锌渣提供了有益的参考。

【Abstract】 An investigation is made on UV-Vis adsorption spectra and bacteria inhibition of bulk ZnO and nano ZnO prepared with thermo-plating hard Zn with Fe.The investigation of UV-Vis adsorption spectra shows that nano ZnO has higher absorption in the ultraviolet region and lower absorption in the visible region than bulk ZnO,as well as the absorption edge blue shift compared with bulk ZnO.The investigation of bacteria inhibition shows that nano ZnO has better prosperities of bacteria inhibition than bulk ZnO for mixing target bacteria of two gram-negative bacteria(Escherichia coli and Salmonella) and two gram-positive bacteria(Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis),especially under light irradiation.The investigation is beneficial to empolder and use the second resource,hard zinc residue.
