纳米钨粉体的表征及其晶格畸变分析
Characterization of Nano-tungsten Powder and Its Lattice Distortion Analysis
【摘要】 以工业化生产技术成功地制备了不同粒径的纳米W粉体,采用EDS、SEM和XRD对样品的含量、形貌、物相进行了表征,并计算了其晶格参数和晶胞体积。结果表明,纳米W粉体为bcc晶态结构,晶格发生收缩;随着晶粒尺寸的减小,晶格参数和晶胞体积收缩率增大,且晶格畸变率与粒径的倒数呈正比线性关系。
【Abstract】 Nano-W powder with various grain sizes are successfully produced on the basis of industrialized production technology.The content,morphology and phase of the samples are characterized by using EDS,SEM and XRD,and the lattice parameters and cell volume are worked out.The results indicate that nano-W powder have bcc crystal structure,the shrinkage of lattice has taken place.With the decrease of the grain sizes,the shrinkage rate of the lattice parameters and cell volume increases and the lattice distortion rate is inverse proportional linear relationship to the grain sizes.
