陶瓷基复合材料无损检测研究进展
Research Progress in Non-destructive Testing of Ceramic Matrix Composites
【摘要】 陶瓷基复合材料的各向异性和不均匀特性,以及在航空航天领域应用的紧迫性,使得采用无损检测(NDT)方法对其进行质量控制及保证是个非常重要而艰巨的任务。综述了陶瓷基复合材料无损检测的发展现状,阐释了超声波、红外热成像和工业CT技术的检测原理及其在陶瓷基复合材料无损检测的应用进展。
【Abstract】 The quality control and assurance of ceramic matrix composites by non-destructive testing(NDT) have always been a challenge due to their anisotropy,inhomogeneity,and urgency of application in aeronautic and astronautic fields.In this paper the current state and development of the non-destructive testing of the ceramic matrix composites are summerized.Principles of three significant NDT methods:Ultrasonic wave,infrared thermal imaging and industrial X-ray CT for the ceramic matrix composites are introduced in detail,and their application progress for ceramic matrix composites is elucidated.
