新型蔬菜羽衣甘蓝种子发芽及生长特性和营养价值

【摘要】 以羽衣甘蓝品种couve monteiga为试材,研究了羽衣甘蓝在广州地区秋冬季种子发芽速度、种植生长特性及商品菜营养成分,试验结果表明,羽衣甘蓝属于高VC含量,高粗蛋白含量,高可溶性固形物含量,还原糖适中,硝酸盐含量比大宗常见叶菜低的蔬菜,适合广州地区栽培。

【Abstract】 Seed germination rate,growth characteristics and nutrient composition of borecole kale(Brassica oleracea var.acephala) were studied which were planted in fall and winter seasons in Guangzhou.The results showed that,borecole kale was a kind of vegetable with high vitamin C,high crude protein,high soluble solids,moderate reductive sugar content,and the nitrate content of borecole kale was lower than that of a large amount and familiar vegetable.Therefore,borecole kale should be extended in Guangzhou area.
