有机肥对自毒物质作用下黄瓜幼苗活性氧代谢的影响
Effects of Organic Fertilizer on Active Oxygen Species ( AOS ) Metabolism of Cucumber under Auto-toxicity Stress
【摘要】 通过砂培试验研究了有机肥对外源自毒物质苯丙烯酸(CA)、对羟基苯甲酸(HA)胁迫下黄瓜幼苗活性氧代谢的影响。结果表明,CA,HA处理的黄瓜幼苗叶片O2.-产生速率、H2O2含量和质膜透性显著提高,并且随着自毒物质浓度的增加,呈升高趋势。加有机肥显著降低了自毒物质胁迫下黄瓜幼苗叶片O2.-的产生速率、H2O2含量和质膜透性。说明加有机肥显著降低了细胞膜透性和自毒物质对黄瓜叶片细胞膜的伤害。
【Abstract】 Sand culture experiment was carried out to study the effect of adding organic fertilizer on active oxygen species metabolism of cucumber seedlings under cinnamic acid ( CA ), p-hydroxybenzoic acid ( HA ) stress. Under CA or HA stress, The net rate of O2.- generation, the content of H2O2, and the permeability of membranes in cucumber seedling leaf increased with the increasing concentration of CA or HA. Adding organic fertilizer markedly decreased the net rate of O2.- generation, the content of H2O2, and the permeability of membranes under HA or CA treatment.
