【摘要】 利用碘-碘化钾法、氯化三苯基四氮唑﹙TTC﹚法、无机酸法和离体萌发法测定了韭菜的花粉活力。研究结果表明,碘-碘化钾法、氯化三苯基四氮唑﹙TTC﹚法和无机酸法并不适合韭菜花粉生活力的检测;离体萌发法能有效且快速地测定花粉的生活力,是检测韭菜花粉生活力的最佳方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pollen vigour of Chinese chive were tested by means of I2-KI,TTC,inorganic acid and germination in vitro.The results showed that three testing methods of I2-KI,TTC and inorganic acid were not suitable to judge the pollen vigour of Chinese chive.The method of germination in vitro was an efficient and quick way to judge the pollen vigour of Chinese chive,and it was fit for judging the pollen vigour of Chinese chive.更多还原
