不同盐浓度对加工番茄种子发芽特性的影响
Influence of Slat Concentration on Germination Characteristics of Processing Tomato Seed
【摘要】 选用加工番茄栽培品种M82,设置了4个盐浓度梯度,通过培养箱内培养基盐胁迫处理,对发芽率、发芽指数进行考察。结果表明,50mmol/L以下的NaCl浓度对发芽没有显著影响,进行加工番茄耐盐性鉴定的NaCl临界下限浓度是150mmol/L。发芽率与盐浓度无显著相关,不宜作为加工番茄耐盐性发芽期鉴定的定量指标;发芽指数与盐浓度高度相关,达极显著水平,可以作为加工番茄耐盐性发芽期鉴定的定量指标。
【Abstract】 It is an important step to identify salt tolerance in plant salt tolerant molecular breeding. The cultivar M82 was used as material, experiment including 4 concentration levels of salt stress were carried out in incubator by medium culti- vation. Germination rate and germination index were investigated. The results showed that percentage of germination was not significanfly related to salt concentration of stress, so it was not a reliable quantitative index in salt tolerant identifica- tion; germination index was significantly related to salt concentration at P <0.01 level, and could be useful index for screening of salt tolerance in processing tomato. Moreover, it also found that 50 mmol/L NaCl concentration has no effect on processing tomato germination in this experiment; the critical concentration of NaCl concentration for germination screening of salt tolerance was 150 mmol/L in processing tomato.
