【摘要】 介绍一种测井仪器调试台架的系统组成设计方案。设计方案采用主从式结构,主机和前端机通过以太网互联。前端机基于ARM7技术,定义了扩展I/O总线,使核心板和各种专业化功能板形成积木式组合;讨论了核心板和典型功能板的设计方案以及嵌入端软件和主控软件的设计思路。以此方案成功设计和研制了微电阻率扫描测井仪、阵列感应测井仪、多极阵列声波测井仪等系列化成像测井仪的调试台架。

【Abstract】 A design conception of test-bench system composition for logging tools is introduced.Principal and subordinate structure is used,the host and front-computer are interconnected via Ethernet.The front-computer is based on ARM7 technique,and expanded I/O bus is defined,the core board and all kinds of specialized function boards are formed as the blocks combination.The design conceptions of core board and typical function board,and the design thoughts of embedded end software and main control software are discussed.Based on this conception,the test-benchs of serialization imaging logging instruments have been developed and designed for micro-resistivity image tool,array induction tool,multipole array acoustic tool and so on.
