新疆油田三台地区钻井技术研究

【摘要】 新疆油田三台地区地质情况复杂,含多套地层压力系统,钻井液密度控制困难;井壁稳定性差且存在多套漏失地层;在钻井施工中出现多次井壁坍塌和井漏;二叠系平地泉组推覆体地层倾角大,井斜控制难度大,机械钻速慢。针对三台地区具体地层特点,结合目前现场常用的技术,通过采用井身结构优化技术、钻井液技术、防漏堵漏技术、推覆体地层防斜打快技术、钻头选型技术等技术措施,有效的减少了复杂情况的发生,提高了该地区的机械钻速。

【Abstract】 Geological conditions in Santai Area of Xinjiang Oilfield were complicate.It included multi-pressure systems and the control of drilling fluid density is difficult;Hole stability was poor and the formation was easily leaking in formations;Troubles happened many times during drilling operations,including caving in and mud lost;Angle of bedding of Permian System nappe was high,the control of borehole inclination was difficult and rate of penetraion was low.In view of formation characteristics and on the basis of common technology in the well site,a lot of measures are taken while drilling in Santai Area,such as optimizing hole structure,drill fluid technology,leak protection and stopping water loss,well deviation control and faster drilling technique of nappe,and bit type selection.The measures efficiently decrease complex circumstance and inrease rate of penetraion.
