不同碱度下高pH对蒙古裸腹溞存活、生长及生殖的影响
The Effcets of High pH Value on Survival,Growth and Reproduction of Moina mongolica under Different Alkalinity
【摘要】 温度(25±1)℃、盐度20±1时研究了不同碱度下高pH对蒙古裸腹溞存活、生长和生殖的影响。试验结果表明,碱度的升高会降低蒙古裸腹溞对pH的耐受高限:海水的碱度为(0.19±0.1)、(1.99±0.1)、(3.92±0.1)、(5.95±0.1)mmol/L时,蒙古裸腹溞对pH 24 h中间耐受水平(TLm)分别为10.50、10.15、10.07、9.50;对pH 48 h TLm分别为10.09、9.88、9.81、9.08。蒙古裸腹溞在培养液pH为9.0~9.3时,生长率和存活率相对优越于其他各组。pH 9.0时,蒙古裸腹溞的内禀增长率最大为0.5145/d;pH 9.3时次之,为0.5099/d。
【Abstract】 Effects of high pH on the survival,growth and neonate production of water fleas Moina mongolica were studied under(25 ±1) ℃ and salinity of 20 ±1 under different alkalinity.The results showed that in acute test the pH of TLm to Moina mongolica was estimated to be pH 10.50,10.15,10.07,9.50 for 24 hours and pH 10.09,9.88,9.81,9.08 for 48 hour on alkalinity of 0.19±0.1,1.99±0.1,3.92±0.1 and 5.95±0.1;When Moina mongolica was reared at pH 9.0~9.3,growth and survival rate were better than those reared at other groups.The pH was 9.0,9.3,9.6 and 9.9 at the experiment,respectively.When Moina mongolica was reared at pH 9.0,innate capacity of increase(rm) was 0.5145/d,which was the highest of all tested groups;when at pH 9.3,rm of 0.5099/d.
