【摘要】 分别用添加1%酵母细胞壁(1号饲料)、1%酵母细胞壁+0.23%Vc+0.02%VE(2号饲料)、1%免疫多糖(3号饲料)的饲料投喂异育银鲫,并于试验后4、11、17、24、31 d测定头肾巨噬细胞吞噬活性、血清溶菌酶活性和血清杀菌活性。结果表明,与对照组相比,3组饲料均能显著提高异育银鲫的头肾巨噬细胞吞噬活性、血清溶菌酶活性和血清杀菌活性,其中3号饲料效果最为显著,其次为2号饲料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Silver crucian carp Carassais auratus gibebios were fed three diets: No.1(1% yeast cell wall added),No.2(1% yeast cell wall,0.23% Vc and 0.02% Ve added) and No.3(1% immune polysaccharide added).The activities of head kidney macrophage phagocytosis,serum lysozyme and serum bactericidal were measured after four,eleven,seventeen,twenty-four,and thirty-one days,respectively.The results showed that all the three diets improved the activities of head kidney macrophage phagocytosis,serum lysozyme and serum bactericidal significantly.Forage No.3 was the most significant,followed by No.2.更多还原
