基于ARM的CH4气体体积分数检测系统
CH4 volume fraction detecting system based on ARM
【摘要】 介绍了一种实时检测CH4气体体积分数的便携式系统。运用基于分子辐射吸收理论的红外检测技术,设计了CH4体积分数检测的红外传感器;开发了以S3C44B0为核心,包括A/D转换模块、键盘输入模块、LCD液晶显示模块、串口通信模块在内的ARM中央硬件处理平台。设计出的传感器具有响应速度快、能在恶劣环境下工作的优点;系统采用了ARM嵌入式处理器,实时性好,可脱机运行,携带方便,可推广到化工、电力、矿山等行业的危险气体检测。
【Abstract】 A portable testing system for CH4 volume fraction is introduced.With the sufficient demonstration of the test principle and methods,the infrared sensor for CH4 volume fraction detection is designed.The ARM hardware platform based on S3C44B0 is developed.It consists of A/D conversion module,LCD display module and serial port communication module.The infrared sensor designed is characterized by rapid respond speed and good adapting for adverse circumstance.With the ARM embedded processor,this system has advantages of good real-time performance,offline operation and portability.It can be extended to the dangerous gas detection in chemical industry,power industry and mine industry.
