电涡流汽车空调压力传感器弹性元件的优化设计
Optimization Design of Elastic Element of Eddy Current Sensor for Measuring Auto Air-Conditioning Pressure
【摘要】 针对汽车空调压力线性测量的要求,分析了现有产品及相关成果,提出了电涡流测量方案;设计了集被测体、电感线圈和处理电路为一体,独立的电涡流汽车空调压力传感器的弹性元件;继而分析了弹性元件的结构、工艺和材料,并从理论计算、有限元分析两个方面对弹性元件的工作状态进行计算、模拟;最后实验测得该传感器传感器具有很高的灵敏度(151mV/0.1MPa)和线性度,从而验证了设计的合理性和正确性。
【Abstract】 After the analysis of the current products applied in pressure measurement and the related acquisitions,this paper proposes a method to meet the requirements of auto air-conditioning linear pressure measurement by eddy current response. The elastic element of the sensor which is separated and integrated,includes the target,coil and processing circuit,was designed. And its structure,technology and material were analyzed. What’s more,the working status was simulated and analyzed by both theory calculation and finite element analysis. Finally,the design was proved to be correct and rational became experiment showed that the sensor has high sensitivity (151mV/0.1MPa) and linearity.
