【摘要】 用熔融技术制备了Yb3+/Ho3+双掺氟氧化物微晶玻璃,通过实验确定了掺稀土离子微晶玻璃的配比、熔化温度和退火温度。采用Hitachi F-4500荧光分光光度计,激发波长为980nm激光器测定了样品的发射光谱。通过对光谱的分析,建立了上转换发光机制。测量了发光强度与抽运功率的关系,通过非线性拟合得出的斜率,确定了样品的540nm和650nm发射均为双光子过程。

【Abstract】 Yb3+/Ho3+-codoped oxyfluoride silicate glass has been prepared with the melting technique. The compositions and the melting temperature and the annealing temperature of the rare earth-doped crystallite glass were determined through the experiment. The emission spectra of samples were measured with the Hitachi F-4500 fluorescent photometer upon the excitation of 980nm laser. The up-conversion luminescence mechanisms were built up through analyzing the spectrum. By measuring the relationship between luminescent intensity and pump power, and through nonlinear fitting, it is confirmed that the green(540nm) and red(650nm)emissions are all belong to the two-photon processes .
