YF3:Tb绿色荧光粉的制备及光谱特性研究
Synthesis and Spectrum Characteristics of YF3:Tb Phosphor
【摘要】 采用CTAB、正丁醇、正辛烷和水组成的微乳液体系制备了一系列浓度的YF3:Tb稀土氟化物纳米材料,利用XRD和ESEM对样品进行了分析和表征,X射线衍射测试结果与PDF#74-911号基本相吻合,所制备颗粒的尺寸与ESEM所得结果基本一致;测量了其荧光光谱,最大发射峰位于545nm处,属于Tb3+离子的绿色特征发射。
【Abstract】 A series of concentration of rare earth fluoride nanoparticles of YF3:Tb were prepared by the quaternary microemulsion of CTAB, n-butanol, n-octane and water. The XRD and ESEM for samples were analyzed and characterization,X-ray diffraction could be indexed as arising from the PDF# 74-911. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern were indexed to pure YF3:Tb phase The diameter of the particles (21.89nm), calculated with the help of Debye-Scherrer equation, revealed that these particles were nanoparticles. ESEM images showed the shape and diameter of YF3:Tb nanoparticles. The spectrum of prepared nanoparticles was observed and discussed. Fluorescence spectroscopy was testcl and maximum peak located at 545nm,belonging to Tb3+emission green characteristics.
