双频激光测量光学材料应力均匀性技术研究

【摘要】 光学玻璃的品质直接决定着系统的精度。随着科学技术的不断进步,偏振光分析法在光学测量中的应用也有了很大的发展。本文介绍了双频激光应力测量技术的基本原理,通过双频激光应力测量仪对光学玻璃进行实验测量,并绘制应力分布三维图。应力双折射光程差测量精度达到0.1nm/cm。

【Abstract】 The precision of system is determined by the quality of optical glass. Along with the advancement of science and technology, the polarization light analytical method has great development in the field of optical measuring. In this paper the principle of double frequency laser measuring technology of stress homogeneity is introduced. Optical glass are measured with double-frequency admeasuring apparatus and draws a 3D image of the stress distribution. Stress birefringence precision is better than 0.1nm/cm.
