【摘要】 将伤寒Ty2菌株接种伊红-美兰培养基,制备并纯化伤寒杆菌鞭毛抗原,以此抗原免疫清洁级小鼠,制备鼠抗伤寒杆菌鞭毛抗原血清.结果显示,所制得血清试管凝集效价高于1∶1 280,间接ELISA测得其效价高于1∶25 600.本研究中制备的抗伤寒杆菌免疫血清效价高,特异性好,可在伤寒的诊断中发挥重要作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 The salmonella typhi Ty2 strain is inoculated in eosin-methylene blue agar to prepare and purify salmonella typhi flagellin.Cleaning degree mice are immuned with salmonella typhi flagellin in order to generate mice serum.The specificity of antibody against salmonella typhi flagellin is identified by tube agglutination test and indirect ELISA.The antibody titers of serum are above 1∶1 280 and 1∶25 600,respectively.The immune serum with high specificity prepared will be very useful in diagnosis of typhoid.更多还原
