轿车动力总成悬置系统动力特性虚拟试验及优化设计
Virtual Experiment and Optimal Design of Power Train Mount System of Car
【摘要】 应用多体系统动力学软件ADAMS建立了动力总成悬置系统的六自由度模型.根据动力总成悬置系统隔振性能特点,采用模型参数化方法和梯度优化算法,以发动机怠速工况下响应力振幅最小为目标函数对其进行优化.优化结果有效降低了怠速工况下二阶往复力矩引起的发动机振动.
【Abstract】 The software ADAMS is used to set up a six-degree dynamic model of power train mount system.According to the characteristics of vibration isolation performance of power train mount system and by using the method of parametric model and the algorithm of Gradient Method,the optimum design of power train mount system is made with the minimum amplitude of response force as the objective function at idle mode of engine.The vibration brought by the second order reciprocating torque of the engine is reduced effectively.
