数控全自动条状材料切断机的设计与研制
Design and development of CNC automatic strip material cutter
【摘要】 介绍了一种新型数控全自动切断机的机械结构和电气控制,分析了步进电机恒转矩细分驱动、切刀电机控制及位置反馈等关键技术。该切断机能够按照设置要求自动完成条状管材、片材的切断,可以设置切断长度、切断速度,并具有计数和掉电记忆功能,全过程数字操作,操作方便灵活,是热缩等化工企业自动化生产线必不可少的设备。
【Abstract】 This article introduces mechanical structure and electric control of new type CNC automatic cutter.It analysis the key technologies of stepping motor constant torque division drive scheme,cutter motor control and position feedback etc..The cutter can be set to cut off strip tubes and sheets in accordance with the requirements.It can set the cut length,cut speed,with counting and function of power off memory.It is digital operation in whole process,flexible and easy to operate.The cutter is essential equipment such as heat-shrinkable etc.chemical enterprise on automatic production line.
