【摘要】 目的:研究蒙成药嘎日迪-5对小鼠给药剂量与镇痛作用的相关性。方法:设蒙成药嘎日迪-5不同浓度给药组,比较各组间用热板法刺激小鼠足部产生疼痛反应时的痛阈值。结果:通过镇痛实验得出蒙成药嘎日迪-5不同浓度给药时对小鼠痛阈值有相应的显著差异。结论:初步研究证明蒙成药嘎日迪-5对小鼠给药剂量与镇痛作用之间有明显的量效关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the pertinence of administration dosage and paregoric action of mongolian patent medicine Ga-Ri-Di-5 to mouse.Methods:Supposing the different concentrations of mongolian patent medicine Ga-Ri-Di-5,comparing the pain threshold when using hot-plate test to irritate the foot of mouse and produce the ache reaction.Results:From the paregoric experiment we can know that there is corresponding marked disparity of mouse pain threshold at different concentration administration of mongolian patent medicine Ga-Ri-Di-5.Conclusion:Preliminary studies certificate that there is marked dosis effect relation between administration dosage and paregoric action of mongolian patent medicine Ga-Ri-Di-5 to mouse.更多还原
