【摘要】 为了防止智齿拔除后并发症的发生,采用临床研究的方法,选择双侧下颌第3磨牙阻生的病人65例,按牙位随机分为3组。拔除阻生牙后,第1组在拔牙窝内,放置口腔组织补片;第2组放置骨粉和口腔组织补片;第3组为空白对照组。观察术后近期和远期并发症。结果显示,两组都不同程度地减少了拔牙后近期和远期并发症,但第2组能更加有效地减轻磨牙拔除后牙槽骨吸收。说明引导骨组织再生术有助于保持患牙相邻磨牙长期稳定,提高咀嚼效率以及保持牙槽嵴的原有形态。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to prevent the occurrence of complications after wisdom tooth extraction,we used clinical research methods and selected 65 patients with impacted mandibular third molar.According to tooth position,they were randomly divided into three groups.After removal of impacted teeth,the first group was placed oral tissue patch in the extraction fossa and the second group was placed bone meal and oral tissue patch.The third group was control group.Short-term and long-term complications were observed subsequently.The results showed that both groups could reduce the short-term and long-term complications after tooth extraction,but the latter was more effective to reduce alveolar bone loss after molar extraction.Guided tissue regeneration is helpful to maintain the long-term stability of adjacent molar tooth and to improve the chewing efficiency as well as maintain the original form of the alveolar ridge.更多还原
