【摘要】 目的探讨螺旋藻胶囊对气虚证小鼠免疫系统和运动耐量的影响及对血虚证小鼠血液系统的改善作用。方法用限饲法复制气虚证小鼠模型,用放血法复制血虚证小鼠模型。经连续9d给小鼠螺旋藻胶囊灌胃后,分别检测气虚证小鼠运动耐量、脾脏指数、胸腺指数和血虚证小鼠的血象。结果螺旋藻胶囊可显著延长气虚证小鼠的游泳时间,增加其脾脏指数和胸腺指数;显著增加血虚证小鼠白细胞计数、红细胞计数、血红蛋白、红细胞比容及血小板数量。结论螺旋藻胶囊具有一定的益气养血功效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of spirulina capsule on immune system and exercise tolerance in mice with deficiency of vital energy and on blood system in mice with hemopenia.Methods We made the animal models of mice with deficiency of vital energy and hemopenia by limiting feed method and depletion method,respectively.After intragastric administration of spirulina capsule for 9 days,the exercise tolerance,splenic index,thymic index of mice with deficiency of vital energy was determined,respectively and the hemogram of mice with hemopenia was also determined.Results The time of swimming in mice with deficiency of vital energy was longer than that in control group,and both splenic index and thymic index increased.Moreover,WBC,RBC,Hb,HCT and PLT of mice with hemopenia also rose.Conclusion Spirulina capsule has some effects of benefiting vital energy and hemogenesis.更多还原
