挤压油膜阻尼器的油膜压力分布理论分析
Theoretical analysis on oil film pressure distribution of squeeze film damper
【摘要】 根据含有流体惯性项的Navier-Stokes方程,求解了挤压油膜阻尼器长轴承模型的油膜惯性速度,以此建立了压力分布模型,并对该模型进行了数值验证。结果表明,当雷诺数达到中等值以上时,该模型有较高精度。压力模型的参数分析结果表明,流体惯性对油膜压力分布有较大影响,并有助于提高油膜承载能力;偏心率影响压力响应的同步性。本文的工作为深入研究油膜惯性对油膜动力参数的影响及高速转子系统设计奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Oil film inertial velocity of long bearing model is elaborated on the basis of Navier-Stokes equation with fluid inertia.According to it,a pressure distribution model is established and the model is verified numerically.The results show that the model has good precision when Reynolds number is moderate.Parametric analysis results of the model show that the effect of fluid inertia on the pressure distribution is significant,and it is helpful to enhance film loading capacity.Synchronization of pressure response is influenced by eccentricity.This article provides a basis for further investigation into the effect of fluid inertia on the film dynamic parameters and for high speed rotor system design.
