急性游泳运动对大鼠微量元素的影响

【摘要】 为了揭示急性游泳运动训练对大鼠血浆微量元素代谢的影响,将32只SD大鼠随机分为4组,采用原子吸收分光光度法检测血浆铜Cu、Fe、P、Se和Zn的含量.结果表明:运动A组大鼠平均血浆硒和锌含量水平较对照组降低,磷和铁的含量较对照组升高,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);运动B组大鼠平均血浆铜、硒、锌、磷、铁含量水平较对照组升高,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);运动C组所有指标与对照组相比较差异无显著性(P>0.05).由此得出急性游泳运动训练对大鼠血浆Cu、Fe、P、Zn、Se有较明显的影响.

【Abstract】 To study the effects of acute swimming exercises on rats’metabolism of trace elements in plasma,the changes of Cu、Fe、P、Zn and Se in rats’plasma are observed.The study included 32 adult male rats of SD species,which were equally allocated to four groups.Plasma Cu、Fe、P、Zn、Se levels were determined according to atomic emission method in the blood samples collected from the animals by decapitation method.Measurements conducted immediately after acute swimming exercise(group A) showed a significant decrease in Se and Zn levels(p<0.05) and a significant increase in P and Fe levels(P<0.05),when compared to general control group.Measurements carried out 24 h after the exercise(group B) demonstrated a significant increase in all parameters in comparison to general control group(p<0.05).It was seen in the measurements made 48 h after the exercise(group C) that all parameters were restored to control values(P>0.05).The results of our study show that acute swimming exercise significantly changes plasma Cu、Fe、P、Se and Zn levels.
