【摘要】 在对甘肃康乐县中学教师的教学、教育科研、继续教育,学生学习现状,以及家庭教育等方面实地考察的基础上,通过对所掌握的第一手资料的分析,发现存在的问题,并就农村中学,尤其是少数民族地区的中学教育如何进一步加强师资队伍建设、深化教育教学改革、增强学生自主学习能力等提出相应的对策与建议,期望为促进新农村建设奠定良好的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on practical study of teachers’ work,educational research,continuing education,statue quo of students’ study activity and home educational environment of Kangle Middle School in Gansu province and careful analysis to firsthand material,the existing problem can be gotten,and some good suggestions that in what way to strength teacher’s organization building,how to strength educational reform and strength student’s ability to study in an active way,concerned countryside middle school especially to minority area can be provided in order to lay a good basis for promoting the construction of new countryside.更多还原
