【Abstract】 Taking the Business English Writing Course as the example,this author has analyzed the course design according to Competency Based Education Theory.It claims that the teaching objective of the course should be guided by the future employment,the core and specialized skills should be trained through the whole course,the classroom teaching should focus on the task and the repeated training,the assessment should be diversified,thus to develop students’ competency for the concerned job position,and enable them to acquire the corresponding capacity of undertaking a certain job.更多还原
