体育教学对高校理工类学生组织能力培养的研究

【摘要】 组织能力是大学生应具备的基本素质。当前的教育体制培养出的大学生大多缺乏实践能力。因此我们应通过体育教学方法的多元运用来培养学生的组织管理能力。

【Abstract】 Organizational ability is the basic quality of college students should posses.However,the current college students are usually lack of practical ability.Therefore,we must use various PE teaching methods to train the students’ management ability.
