【Abstract】 The quality of the cultivation of teachers decides whether the reform on fundamental education is successful or not.Therefore,the new teacher-cultivating system should be constructed to meet the demand of the reform on fundamental education.In order to construct new teacher-cultivating system effectively,a comprehensive understanding of the demand of fundamental education reform on the cultivation of teachers is necessary.In addition,the problems of the cultivation of teachers in our country currently should be analyzed carefully,on the basis of which the objectives of the new teacher-cultivating system can be made clear so that scientific measures can be taken to facilitate the process.更多还原
