活性炭负载磷钨酸催化合成香料乙酸异丁酯
Synthesis of Spicery-Isobutyl Acetate by Tungstophosphoric Acid Catalyst Supported on Activated Carbon
【摘要】 利用负载磷钨酸为催化剂合成乙酸异丁酯,以异丁醇和冰乙酸为合成原料,反应条件温和,反应速度快,产率高。探讨并找出最佳条件,在醇酸摩尔比为1:1.6,催化剂用量占反应物总量的7.23%,反应时间为100min时,得到的乙酸异丁酯产率最高,为91.28%。
【Abstract】 Use of Tungstophosphoric acid(TPA) catalyst supported on activated carbon and catalytic on the esterification of isobutyl acetate was studied.The experiment has mild reaction conditions,a fast speed and high productive rate.Inquiry into and find out the best condition.The optimized conditions were as follows:the mole ratio of alcohol to acid was 1∶1.6,the mass ratio of catalyst 7.23%(based on the total mass of reactants),and the reaction time was 100 min.The chemical yield was 91.28%.
