Zn-ZrO2复合镀工艺的研究
Study on Zn-ZrO2 Composite Coating Process
【摘要】 研究了氯化铵体系中Zn-ZrO2复合电镀的工艺,探讨了工艺条件对复合镀层ZrO2含量及电流效率的影响.得到了Zn-ZrO2复合电镀的最佳工艺,并对Zn-ZrO2复合镀层的耐蚀性进行了考察.结果表明,当粉体浓度为14 g/L,电流密度为10 A/dm2,pH值为4,搅拌强度为25 r/min时,复合镀层中ZrO2微粒复合质量分数为4.25%.Zn-ZrO2复合镀层抗盐雾时间为183 h,耐蚀性明显优于六价铬Zn镀层.
【Abstract】 Zn-ZrO2 deposits from ammonia-chloride electrolyte have been examined.The effect of plating process parameters on ZrO2 content and current efficiency of the Zn-ZrO2 deposits was studied in detail.Optimal technology for Zn-ZrO2 composite deposition has been obtained.The corrosion resistance of the Zn-ZrO2 coating was evaluated.The result showed that when the concentration of powder 14 g/L,current density 10 A/dm2,pH value 4,mixing speed 25r/min,the composite coating contains ZrO2 4.25%.The Zn-ZrO2 composite coating can pass 183 h NSS test,its corrosion resistance surpasses pure zinc coating with hexavalent chromium passivate film.
