电浮选方法在净化含Cd2+废水中的应用
Purification of Cd2+ Ions in Waste Water by Electroflotation
【摘要】 采用钛基涂层的难溶阳极,通过电浮选方法对含Cd2+废水的净化进行了研究.实验中考察了溶液的初始pH值、电流密度、浮选时间、表面活性剂SDS等主要因素对电浮选效率的影响,通过分析各因素与浮选效率变化趋势的关系,优化出了电浮选含Cd2+废水的最佳参数条件,并对Cd2+的深度净化提供了参考依据.
【Abstract】 In this paper,purification of Cd2+ ions in waste water by electroflotation has been discussed.In the flotation device,the insoluble anode is an oxide-coated titanium plate.Some main influencing factors to electroflotation efficiency are discussed,which are initial pH of the solution,current density,flotation time and the surfactant SDS,by analyzing these factors,the optimum electroflotation conditions are obtained,moreover,this also provides referential information for the depth purification of Cd2+.
