基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA对缓冲包装省料孔的巧妙设计
The Design of the Cushioning Packaging Saved-hole Based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA
【摘要】 目前包装件省料孔位置和大小的确定大多是经验性的主观推断,并没有准确直观的依据。本文利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA分析洗衣机包装顶盖(EPS)在垂直冲击下的力学反应,找出应力集中点,结合实际需要,确定省料孔的位置和大小,在不影响力学性能的前提下,尽可能的节省材料,降低产品的成本,为缓冲包装的结构设计提供可靠直观的力学依据。
【Abstract】 Nowadays, the dimension and position of cushioning packaging saved-holes is mostly based on subjective deduction, and does not have a reliable way. This essay shows a new way to deal with it. We use ANSYS/LS-DYNA to analyze the mechanics reaction of the EPS packaging cover which impacted by uprightness force. Then find the stress-point and avoid it. Based on the conclusion, we can make the packaging cover economy and firm.
