【Abstract】 The new idea of ecological intelligence has nowadays attracted people’s attention.This article discusses the idea in terms of the concept, the connotation and characteristics.From perspective of scientific strategies for development, the article focuses on such issues as radical transparency in application, the quantified formula, business operators’ calculation of ecological prices of their products for competition, consumers’ switch from passive to active approach in making purchase decisions during the transition from the seller’s market to the buyer’s market so that consumers have voting rights over ecological environmental protection.Based on the discussion, the author suggests that relevant agencies should amend or rectify related laws with new legislative ideas.更多还原
