数控回转立体库结构参数优化设计
Structural Optimization Design of Autorotation Container
【摘要】 介绍了数控回转立体库的主要结构及其回转机构的原理。通过枚举方法,对回转系统的主要结构参数,如链条型号、支撑臂长度、支撑臂之间的间隔链节数等关键结构参数进行优化设计。在满足载重量要求、体积最小、且各运动部件不发生干涉的前提下,得到最佳结构参数。最后通过实例给出了该方法的优化设计结果。
【Abstract】 The main structure and the rotating mechanism of autorotation container were introduced.Structural optimization design of key parameters such as the type of the chain,the length of the support arm,and the number of chain elements between two support arms were introduced with enumeration method.These optimum structural parameters were obtained under the condition of meeting the load requirement and space saving,and no interference between moving parts.The design method was validated with an example.
