【摘要】 介绍一种基于嵌入式DSP的印刷品在线监控系统,通过CCD相机采集印刷品测控条的图像信息,由BP神经网络模型转换到CYMK四色墨量,输出与标定墨量的差值,实现对墨量的调整。实验证明,该系统能实现对印刷机全程实时控制,有效解决了印刷品不能在线监控的缺点。更多还原

【Abstract】 A print online monitoring system based on embedded DSP was introduced. Ink dosage adjustment was realized through getting the signal in the controlling color bar by CCD camera, the BP network model transformation of the signal to CYMK four color inks, and the calculation of dosage difference. It was proved by experiments that this system can realize real-time control of printing process and efficiently solve the shortcomings of offline monitoring.更多还原
