组合式瓦楞纸板包装结构设计与跌落仿真
Component Corrugated Cardboard Packaging Structure Design and Drop Simulation
【摘要】 瓦楞纸板是广泛应用的包装材料,具有许多优越性,国内外已对瓦楞纸板材料的各项性能进行了大量的研究。以瓦楞纸板为包装箱材料和缓冲材料,设计一种组合式包装结构,用于商品的销售包装和运输包装。这种组合式包装结构由3种基本单元组成,通过锁口相互固定。内装商品大小与性质决定结构尺寸和瓦楞纸板的型号。在ANSYS/LS-DYNA中对结构进行跌落仿真,结果表明本设计可行。
【Abstract】 Corrugated cardboard is one of package material used widely;it has a lot of advantages.Component packaging structure made of corrugated cardboard was designed for sale or transportation packaging.These packaging structures are composed of three basic units which connected with each other by faucets.All dimensions are determined by inner merchandise.Drop simulation was carried out with ANSYS/LS-DYNA and the result illustrated that the design is feasible.
