硝酸铈爆轰制备球形纳米CeO2颗粒
Preparation of nano-sized CeO2 particles utilizing Ce(NO3)3·6H2O by detonation
【摘要】 以硝酸铈为原料,利用爆轰合成方法制备了CeO2纳米粒子。采用XRD和TEM对爆轰产物进行了检测和表征,并考察了尿素和亚硝酸钠对爆轰产物形貌的影响。3次实验结果表明,实验所得的CeO2晶体均为立方莹石结构,粒径分别为45、64、33 nm。比较发现:混合炸药中加入尿素后,颗粒外观呈球形;混合炸药加入亚硝酸钠后,颗粒直径较小。
【Abstract】 The nano-CeO2 powders were synthesized by detonation using the Ce(NO3)3·6H2O as the precursor.The detonation products were characterized by XRD and TEM.Influences of urea and NaNO2 in explosive on the morphology of detonation products were investigated.The three experimental results indicate that the obtained CeO2 crystals are cubic fluorite structure and their granule dimensions are 45,64,33 nm,respectively.The powders are spherical when urea is added and the sizes of the powders are small when Na(NO3)3·6H2O is added in the explosive.
