【摘要】 以往的科研评价往往只关注科研产出,而忽视投入成本的研究。而我们需要建构的科研评价量化指标体系应采用定量评价的研究方法,从科研投入和科研产出两个方面出发,分别对人员投入、科研项目、研究基地、人才培养、项目、论文、收录、著作、知识产权、成果鉴定、成果奖励、学术交流等12个一级指标进行阐述释析。此外,科学、合理的评价指标体系还要根据学校整体规划、发展目标、层次定位、学科建设等,确定评价目标、评价标准及评价重点所在,并针对不同评价对象、不同评价内容,科学地筛选指标,合理地赋予评价指标权重。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper adopts the methods of quantity evaluation built in quantity index system,raises new thinking broke through the old evaluation for regarding output and overlooking devotion cost,states first grade index such as personnel,item,base,cultivation of person,term,paper,embody,literature,intellectual property right,products judgement,encouragement and communication,thus confirms evaluation target,criterion and its stress,scientifically filters target and endows index with reason according to the different objects and contents.更多还原
