【摘要】 目的:探讨地黄管食通口服液对食管癌大鼠上皮型钙粘蛋白(E-Cad)表达影响。方法:采用蛋白免疫印迹法对各组食管黏膜上皮组织E-Cad表达进行研究。结果:E-Cad蛋白在食管癌模型组阳性表达率明显降低,与正常组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。各药物治疗组和放疗组E-Cad阳性表达率均有不同程度的升高,以地黄管食通组升高最为明显,其余依次为六味地黄丸组和放疗组。地黄管食通组与模型组比较有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);与放疗组、六味地黄丸组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:地黄管食通口服液可以提高食管癌组织E–Cad蛋白表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Dihuang Guanshitong Oral Liquids on expression of E-cadherin of esophageal carcinoma rats. Methods: esophageal membranous epithelium were examined for E-Cadherin by Western blotting. Results: E-cadherin showed obvious low expression in the model group, compared with the normal group (P<0.01). After treatment (including the radiotherapy group), the expression of E-cadherin increased, evidently in the Dihuang Guanshitong Oral Liquids group, compared with the model group (P<0.01). Compared with the radiotherapy group, the Liuwei Dihuang Pills group respectively, the results had statistic significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Dihuang Guanshitong Oral Liquids can enhance the expression of E-cadherin of esophageal carcinoma rats.更多还原
