【摘要】 目的:观察消渴化瘀片对糖尿病合并高血脂大鼠血糖、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性;丙二醛(MDA)含量变化的作用。方法:60只健康Wistar大鼠,随机分为6组:正常对照组,模型组,小、中、大剂量消渴化瘀片组,玉泉丸组;采用高脂饮食和四氧嘧啶(aLLoxan)腹腔注射建立糖尿病高血脂大鼠模型。灌胃6周前后测空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(P2hPG)、空腹胰岛素(FIns)、餐后2h胰岛素(P2hIns)、SOD、MDA水平。结果:6周治疗后,消渴化瘀片大剂量组P2hPG、P2hIns水平分别为(10.72±2.86)mmol/L,(36.68±14.64)U/L,较治疗前显著下降,与模型组比较,P<0.05;玉泉丸组仅P2hIns水平为(39.26±12.45)U/L,下降显著,与模型组比较,P<0.05。消渴化瘀片能提高糖尿病大鼠血清SOD活性,以大剂量组为最好(72.62±12.64)nkat/L,与模型组(53.86±9.34)nkat/L比较,P<0.05。结论:中药消渴化瘀片能降低实验性2型糖尿病大鼠餐后血糖、餐后胰岛素水平,大剂量消渴化瘀片还能提高糖尿病大鼠血清SOD活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the influence of Xiaokehuayu Pills on blood glucose,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and malonaldehyde(MDA) of diabetic complicating hyperlipemia rats.Methods:Diabetes rat model was established by injection of alloxan with high fat diet.After the model formed,60 rats were been divided into 6 groups:normal control group,model group,high/middle/low dose groups of Xiaokehuayu Pills and Yuquan Pills group.The blood glucose and SOD activity and MDA content was measured before and after 6 weeks treatment.Results:The blood glucose in model group was signif icantly higher than that in normal control group(P<0.05).Compared with model group,in high dose group of Xiaokehuayu Pills,the blood glucose reduced significantly,the P2Hpg was(10.72±2.86)mmol/L and P2hIns was(36.68±14.64)U/L(P<0.05).The activity of SOD increased signifi cantly in large dosage group,it was(72.62±12.64)nkat/L,but the SOD activity in model group was(53.86±9.34)nkat/L(P<0.05).Conclusion;Xiaokehuayu Pills could reduce postprandial blood glucose and insulin concentrations in DM rats obviously and increase activity of SOD in large dosage group.更多还原
