【Abstract】 The introduction of foreign-invested insurers to China’s insurance market has brought about both challenges and opportunities.We should not only notice the positive effect of foreign investment,but also potential risks to the insurance industry.Only by accurately identifying,measuring and controlling these risks,can we make foreign-invested insurance companies create value for us.The regulatory body needs to enhance its supervision capability on foreign-invested insurers,establish a regulatory organizational system fitting with the global trend of the financial industry,transform its supervision roles and focuses,and improve on regulatory tools and methods.更多还原
