【Abstract】 The tort law and liability insurance are two separate and yet related and mutually influencing systems.The paper first introduced the legal system for the tort law in Germany and the situation of liability insurance there respectively,and then discussed on the inter-relationship between them.Similar with Germany,China also belongs to the continental system,and its current and future tort law has been or will be affected by the German system directly or indirectly to a fairly advanced level.Therefore,the interaction between the tort law and liability insurance in Germany and related experiences and lessons are worth learning by their Chinese counterparts.更多还原
